    Equipment Technologies (ET) manufactures the Apache Sprayers from its sprawling facilities in Mooresville, Indiana located 20 miles from downtown Indianapolis.

They will perform inspections, repairs and maintenance on Apache Sprayers and other related application equipment both in our shop and remotely at customers' sites. (Traveling approximately 50% of the time.)
    Independently perform advanced diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned sprayers.
    Responsibilities for Field Service Technicians

    • Performs advanced diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment and established precision ag products
    • Participate in Service Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge
    • Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment
    Accounts for all time and all material used in performing assigned duties

    • Will perform diagnosis and repair in the field the majority of the time as this is a mobile tech position
    Job Requirements for Field Service Technician

    • Experience performing service repairs on agricultural equipment and established precision ag products
    • Ability to perform advanced repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment following technical manual procedures on machines of the Technician's specialty
    • Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural equipment and precision ag products
    • Excellent skills in operating vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
    • Ability to use basic computer functions
    • Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays
    In-season this can expand to 60 hours + per week to include many Saturdays.
    Travel

    • There will be some amount of travel throughout the state. Overnight travel may occur occasionally in season but is not expected to impact more than 12 nights at a time. Company and outside training opportunities will require some travel. It is not expected that this travel will impact more than 12 weeks per year once the initial training period is concluded.
    The work will be physically demanding, requiring the lifting of parts exceeding 50 lbs
