About the Organization and Position
Well known non-profit in Upper Manhattan is searching for a Director for their Children & Adolescent Program.

This organization as a whole provides behavioral support services to the local community and is well known for their therapeutic preschool, child and adolescent programs and case management and therapeutic support for adults.

Responsibilities:

Supervise Therapists and Interns as assigned
Responsible for overseeing the PSYKES Monitoring and Reporting; including completing the monthly clinic reports, participating in monthly webinars
Attends monthly URC and QIC meetings when scheduled; and will review and oversee reports for these two meetings prepared by Administrative Assistant.
Responsible for running and overseeing clinic staff meetings
Responsible to monitor productivity and attendance issues with clinic director and supervisor daily, weekly, monthly and annually.

Requirements:

LCSW in Social Work Required
Must have at least 4 years' experience working with Children and Families in a mental Health Setting
2 years' experience supervising professional Mental Health Staff preferred
Second language preferred
Advanced training in Childhood Trauma, CBT, DBT etc. encouraged
Required to Supervise 1 to 2 Social Work Interns a year

Pay:
$105, $120,000.00 per year
