Position Criteria:
High school education or equivalent, requiredBachelor's degree in HR related field, preferred2-3 years experience in HR related field, highly preferredSHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification or a willingness to obtain
Performance Criteria:
Maintain HRIS Records and Compile Federal, State and Local Reports from the DatabaseMaintain Employee Leave Management System, Compile Reports and Process Monthly Leave for PayrollAdminister Leave Programs and Policies in Accordance with Federal and State Employment LawsSet Up and Tracking of All Staff Mandatory Trainings/Requirements/Licensure/CertificationsEmployee and Substitute Orientation (Coordinate and Facilitate)Administer Compensation Programs (tuition reimbursement, salary lane changes, initial placement, Employee certifications, substitute payroll), Issue and Track Contracts/Terms of EmploymentManage Tenure based Employee Recognition ProgramP-Card Reconciliation, Create Purchase Orders, Update Organizational ChartsPrepare and Process Paperwork throughout Employee lifecycle (new hire, transfers, terminations, reprimands, unemployment)Address Employee and Supervisor inquiriesRecord and Monitor Evaluations within Performance Management SystemAssist HR Manager and HR Director in employee relations issues.
