Job description

As this is a contract position, candidates should be prepared to contribute their skills and knowledge for a defined project duration.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all operational aspects of commercial construction projects to ensure smooth execution.
Oversee logistics and supply chain processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials and resources.
Develop and implement purchase orders to facilitate project requirements effectively.
Supervise warehouse operations, including inventory control and storage management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Monitor project progress and address any operational challenges that may arise.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on operational performance.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably within commercial construction.
Strong knowledge of logistics, warehouse management, and supply chain processes.
Proven ability to create and manage purchase orders effectively.
Familiarity with managing operational aspects of construction projects.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to oversee various project components.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
Ability to analyze operational challenges and develop effective solutions.
