We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Portland Oregon.
You will manage projects from late-stage development financial close through commercial operation managing health safety program quality on time and on budget execution by third party EPC contractors subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- In collaboration with our leadership the Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from late-stage development financial close through commercial operation managing the health safety program quality on time and on budget execution by third party EPC contractors subcontractors.
- The Project Manager will support constructability reviews for Development projects support closeout activities that coincide with transitioning a project to O&M may manage multiple projects in construction oversee engineering development legal finance staff supporting the projects driving creating managing projects contractor schedules along with deliverables partnering ensuring efficient transition of products throughout construction O&M commonly referred as handoff supporting constructability reviews scheduling indicative construction pricing requests for products assembling RFPs defining scope of work packages participating negotiation reviewing analyzing bids providing notices dispute resolution during construction tracking delivering cashflow change orders identifying risks establishing mitigation plans maintaining project schedules budgets operating within company policies industry best practices Lien Waiver related requirements early stage risk identification mitigation across engineering permitting procurement workflows presenting reporting management contractor selection cashflow schedule risks working closely Procurement leads understanding long lead equipment requisites costs accurately reflected within project teams developing improving tools processes ensuring effective coordination information sharing multi-disciplinary teams act liaison internal departments outside contractors suppliers consultants landlords governing authorities coordinate critical decisions making professional manner review design documents completeness accuracy compliance codes standards client requirements commencement work permit requirements AHJ compliance ensure procurement activities schedule per project requirements manage procurements schedule budget track actuals monitor assumptions flag changes earlier own contract documentation workflows agreements lien waivers prevailing wage qualification intake establish maintain federal state RAI engagements identify mitigate problems analytical rigor solve approach challenges creativity analytical problem solving skills communication negotiation interpersonal ability manager deadlines fast paced environment knowledge contracts terms risk allocation permitting experience orchestrating process growth organization abundance opportunities purpose driven tackle climate renewable energy build infrastructure power communities supportive teammates care great work together impact build solutions tomorrow apply help build energy solutions future.
