Job Description

As a team leader, you will represent our company and promote our products, including a diverse range of TV offerings, internet, and telephone services, in a designated area.

You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and metrics by tapping into the quantitative and qualitative potential of customers in your designated area.

You will lead, manage, and coach a sales team consisting of independent sales representatives. Your role will also involve supporting and developing team members through daily intensive support and motivation. You will be involved in the recruitment process for new team members.
