About the job:

We are a residential and commercial contractor, that specializes in the design and install of custom synthetic grass landscapes and putting greens.

Our artificial grass can be fitted to any outdoor setting including residential properties, commercial spaces, sports fields, and playgrounds. We proudly serve the Austin, San Antonio, Texas Hill Country, and surrounding areas.

Our company is currently is expanding, and we're looking for professional Artificial Grass Installers to join us.

As an Artificial Grass Installer, you will be responsible for all phases of the installation from planning to completion, while ensuring your jobs are completed to the highest standard of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Site preparation of the base for artificial turf installation
• Removal and disposal of lawn (sod, bark, etc)
• Assisting with rock base infill and compaction
• Installation of Artificial turf and putting greens
• Accurately cutting, aligning, seaming and securing artificial turf in place
• Collaborating with the team to ensure timely completion of projects
• Providing excellent customer service during and after the installation process

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Artificial Grass Installer or in a similar role within landscaping, carpet, or construction
• Valid Driver's License with clean record and the ability to drive truck with trailer
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations including Austin, San Antonio, and surrounding Central Texas towns
• Ability to pass a preemployment drug test
• Ability to lift 100 pounds
• Ability to work 40+ hours during peak season
• Willing to provide professional references from previous employment field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Self starter approach to jobs, skilled in planning installations and overseeing a project through to completion
• Effective communication skills, strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Outgoing personality with customers and the ability to work as part of a team
• Skilled in the use of a variety of tools and machinery necessary for turf installation
• High school or equivalent
