Job Description for Pennsbury Village, PA:

What we offer:

  • Prepare components according to assembly plan and circuit board (bending/cutting). Create new recipes on the component bending machine.
  • Assemble various circuit boards with diverse and different types of components and high density according to specifications (assembly plan, laboratory documents, and parts list, sometimes based on sample or template) by hand or with semiautomatic machines.
  • Handassemble prototypes and samples (partly based on laboratory documents from the development department).
  • Handassemble and solder circuit boards that cannot be assembled by SMD machines.
  • Operate NCcontrolled machines/testing equipment within the assembly islands.
  • Program electronic components in the SMD/THT area, set up and assemble, for example, the paste printer and SMD assembly machines.
  • Assemble, test, and repair electronic modules.
  • Test electronic components.
  • If needed: Set up and assemble, for example, the paste printer and SMD assembly machines.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working with electronic components.
  • Manual dexterity and skill in handling electronic components.
  • Soldering knowledge according to IPC-A610.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
  • Teamwork, motivation, and strong communication skills.

Type of Contract:
Temporary (Fixed Term).
