As a member of our global People Management team, you'll be part of a fast-paced and data-driven HR Management team.

We're growing quickly and working closely with the business to ensure that we attract and retain top talent to stay at the forefront of modern mobility.

As a Senior HR Manager (M/F/d), you will be responsible for defined teams and act as their central point of contact, coach, and business partner.

You will also serve as a project manager and provide valuable expertise in labor law.

Your responsibilities will include:

Partnering with leaders and employees to implement key people processes such as performance management, compensation, benefits, and training programs
Consulting with leaders and providing guidance on team development, planning, and benchmarking
Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and ensuring compliance with regulations
Staying informed about our business and industry trends

To be successful in this role, you should have:

At least 7 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a high-growth international organization
A degree in Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences, Pedagogics, or a related field
Fluency in German and English, with knowledge of other European languages being a plus
Strong understanding of German labor law
Excellent relationshipbuilding skills
Proactive, committed, and teamoriented mindset with attention to detail
