- Participate in college-wide initiatives to enhance the student experience.
- Present to internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee office operations and student outcome assessments.
- Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of experience, master's degree preferred.
- MBTI/Strong or other assessment training preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Availability for flexible work hours.
