Location: 50933 Cologne | Employment type: Full-time, permanent | Job ID: What we have planned together: The HR Digital Transformation & Portfolio Management department is responsible for designing the strategic roadmap, developing our digitalization target image, and implementing cross-functional HR digitalization initiatives (including the introduction of the employee app).

The strategic goal is the comprehensive digitalization and automation of employee-related processes for personnel in the markets, logistics, and administration.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing a new master data and workflow system (SuccessFactors Employee Central) for at least employees in the REWE Group.

This will shape the future HR IT landscape and HR work within the REWE Group significantly.
