JOB SUMMARY:


Under the supervision of the Director of Member/Provider Relations, the Customer Service Supervisor oversees and coordinates operations in the Customer Service Department and ensures consistent quality service in both authorization processing and in completion of phone calls.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
H.S. Diploma, GED, or Equivalent

2 years of experience

Experience in managed care, at a health plan or medical group level


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree

Knowledge of health plan benefits, claims, ICD-9/CPT coding

Excel, EZ Cap, Word, Outlook, Access, Internet/Web searching, Epic, Echo Access for Windows

**The expected hiring range for this position is $30.96 to $42.57
