To strengthen our team at the Sunland Park location, we are currently seeking a

Master/Technician (m/f/d) for Plastic and Rubber Technology

Your responsibilities:

  • Work preparation and planning of production processes
  • Setting up injection molds and peripheral equipment and starting up machines
  • Approval of injection molding processes and monitoring of production through in-process quality checks
  • Identification and elimination of errors and malfunctions, as well as optimization of production processes including documentation
  • Training manager for the plastic and rubber technology department
  • Monitoring of inspections and repairs of equipment and machines
  • Training and technical support for the team and continuous development of employees

Your profile:

  • Completed further education as a master/technician (m/f/d) for plastic and rubber technology
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally with first experience in leading a production team
  • Confident appearance, organizational and communication skills, and high level of commitment
  • Good technical understanding and high
