Green Harbor is seeking an IT specialist for their Wiesbaden location.

As an IT specialist, you will provide technical support for our users, quickly and conscientiously handling incoming requests through various channels such as telephone, remote software, and ticket system.

You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues with clients and applications, as well as managing user and rights in systems such as Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, and SAP.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in IT, preferably as an IT specialist for system integration or application development.

Previous experience in IT support and working with ticket systems is also required.

You should be proficient in Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, DFS, DHCP, and print servers, as well as iOS, Windows 10 and 11, and Office 365.

Basic knowledge of SAP is also preferred.
