Technician (male/female/diverse) for Energy Technology/Safety/Networks within the Building Management Department - Wilmington, United States - Oceanic Enterprises

Description

Your focus is in the field of Electrical-Energy Technology. This includes the following areas of responsibility, which you will partly manage independently:

• Operation, maintenance and repair of large central facilities and systems in the areas of medium and low voltage, UPS, emergency power systems, automatic doors and gates, and conveyor systems in all properties
• Integration of building services objects into the new FM system
• Obtaining quotes, issuing repair orders, conducting inspections, monitoring/coordinating and organizing external contractors in terms of quality of work and adherence to deadlines, as well as acceptance of services, invoice verification and documentation of tendering for these services
• You will be involved in the planning, design and implementation of measures for new construction, renovation, modernization or repair of building services facilities
• Identifying and implementing measures to increase efficiency and promote resource-saving energy use in the field of building services
