The primary job responsibility for this position is to record multipoint inspection videos for the dealership using information from the service technicians and the service advisors. We are looking for a well-spoken, steady-handed individual with a passion for communicating with customers to help them understand their vehicle service needs.**

Sheehy Auto Stores is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our team as the
Service Lane Assistant. In this position, you will act as the voice of the dealership in recording video multipoint inspections for service customers.


Responsibilities

  • Record video multipoint inspections in a timely manner using input from service advisors and technicians
  • Communicate with appropriate dealership staff about customers' needs.
  • Work hand in hand with the service department to keep appointments and videos on track.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Previous dealership experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to record videos on a cell phone smoothly
  • Excellent listening skills with keen attention to detail
  • Positive and friendly demeanor and enjoy interacting with customers
  • Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to pass a preemployment background screening, Motor Vehicle Records check, and drug test
  • Must have a valid driver's license
