- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in software development and experience in designing scalable software systems.
- Knowledge and experience in cloud technologies and/or data analytics
- Extensive experience in developing strategic systems architecture plans.
- Hands-on experience with business requirements gathering/analysis.
- Strong knowledge of software evaluation principles and practices

We are seeking an experienced systems architect with strong design and communication skills to join our team. The right candidates will be comfortable explaining system concepts and design benefits across departments, as well as customers, both technical and non-technical audience. They will be able to understand, recommend, assist, and evaluate designs, in order to build robust and scalable solutions. They will also be able to demonstrate potential of system designs, by building proof of concepts, utilizing the appropriate technology of choice.
You are responsible for
• In this role, you will be responsible for the technical roadmap for the Clinical Integration and Insight business products.
• Research on emerging technologies in support of systems development efforts and recommend technologies that will increase cost-effectiveness and systems flexibility.
• Responsible for delivering input in the planning process for the products.
• Work with the Product Management team and with Customers, to formulate the right strategy, to align with the business vision.
• Providing architectural expertise, direction, and mentoring to Engineers, other Systems Architects, and software development teams.

Philips Transparency Details:
The pay range for this position is $135,000- $200,00.00 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
