- 12+ years of experience in model development and integration.
- Proficiency in data-driven algorithmic disciplines like Machine Learning and Numerical Optimization.
- Prior technical leadership experience and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with national experts and present effectively to senior audiences.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
- Experience in organizational transformations.
- Familiarity with Systems Engineering standards and government frameworks.
- Background in modeling DoD systems and involvement in new business development.
