Multi-Unit Company comprised of different Concepts and Brands is seeking a creative, resourceful and experienced Marketing Director, Experienced Digital Media artist to create new Websites and maintain existing Websites, Facebook Pages, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Snapchap set ups, and assist in developing and executing new marketing and Public Relations Promotions, Logos and Menus. We are a three-decades old Hospitality company with eight locations and different brands diversifying and expanding into areas of business, Confidentiality a must. Strong Community involvement component and relationships /active involvement with Charitable, Community and Civic Organizations.
Applicant should be able to design, implement and expand any and/or much of the following:
Website design, launches, upgrades and updates, WordPress Proficient or any other relevant platform

Logo design, Menu design, Brochure Design

Photograph and Video Editing

ADOBE Photoshop/Illustrator proficiency is necessary

Video production, importing and editing

Company presentations, business plans, PowerPoint presentations.

Campaigns, which are well coordinated from launch to plateaus


Other:

  • Product / video and photography experience a plus
  • Applicant should have a minimum of 2 years' handson experience in a similar professional situation.
Public relations, per the above, that promote goodwill, fellowship and widespread community improvements.

Attending Social Functions, Cocktail Parties, Dinners and Public Speaking on behalf of the Company as a representative occasionally requires some flexibility in hours.


Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following:**- Extremely strong graphic design and creative skill set with an emphasis on creative photo editing, vector design, print media, web/interactive design and ad placement. Video editing and animation skills a plus.

  • With assistance from top management's direction create graphic art, illustrations, and designs for use in commercial advertising, menus, promotions, Tshirt design, hats, retail bags, Cups and other retail related accessories and promotional items.
  • Extremely proficient in various marketing principles and experience in social media marketing and ad and content design for different social media platforms
  • Develop consistent and cohesive graphic design themes across all marketing channels, while still creatively developing content that speaks distinctively to each demographic
*Ensure the proper execution of all print and web content including but not limited to Promotions including menus, point of purchase signage, etc.

*Review and proof all content and materials upon delivery for correctness and resolve inconsistencies or deficiencies for the execution of finished products / design work

*Administer product, content, and creative updates to websites and make suggestions and creative changes in design and function to constantly update the web environment.

  • Suggest and implement new innovative interactive marketing initiatives
  • Assist with product photo and video shoots and editing.
  • Establish and maintain inhouse electronic and hard copy libraries of all graphic art created
  • Assist with tradeshows / events booth design, setup, and video and photography of said events to upload to TLF website and social media and third party platforms
  • Whenever opportunities arise produce clear, succinct and compelling product presentations and inspiration boards to communicate and convey concepts to Marketing, Executive Depts and to retail customers.
  • Must have the ability to multitask, work in a busy environment just as good as in solitude. This position requires a personality that can accept constructive criticism, change directions rapidly and accept new assignments frequently with pressing deadlines.
  • Maintain a design calendar to ensure completion of products within proposed deadlines.
  • Being able to present financial/data reports to identify measurable performance results resulting in sales revenues in dollars from marketing campaigns are necessary to determine not only the feasibility of the campaign but also, and more importantly for you, bonuses.
  • Public recognition permission as a representative of the public Image of the company is necessary with photography, videos and all other posts. (authorization to use).

Compensation and Benefits

SALARY:
commensurate with experience. What you have no knowledge of we will outsource.
