YOUR ROLE

As a Technology Expert at Bayer's Engineering & Technology (E&T) team, you will play a crucial role in delivering safe, reliable, and sustainable technological solutions and innovations for our company.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and optimize production processes for chemical and biotechnological active ingredient production, as well as formulation and packaging processes
Create process and material flow models for process optimization and scenario simulation for strategic decisionmaking
Utilize model, data, and experiencebased methods to develop new processes and factory concepts in collaboration with partners
Incorporate insights from analysis of existing systems to improve plant and process efficiency, capacity, costs, sustainability, and safety
Collaborate with internal and external partners, including industrial partners and research institutions, on innovation projects
