    Certified Assistant Maintenance Technician- HVAC / EPA

    We are seeking an individual with Apartment Industry experience as a Maintenance Technician proficient in handling service requests. Many Maintenance Engineers from the hospitality sector have joined our team successfully. If you possess your own tools, reliable transportation, and the confidence to manage ticket orders while ensuring tenant satisfaction - please submit your application today for a phone interview to set you on the path forward.

    Exciting Opportunity!

    • Complete common apartment service requests
    • Preference for light plumbing & electrical experience
    • Preferred HVAC/Boiler experience
    • Light bulb and lock change/repair
    • Installation and repair of appliances
    • Interior and exterior painting, caulking, light drywall repairs
    • Ability in pressure washing, groundskeeping, leaf blowing

    Key Requirements

    • HVAC / EPA certification mandated
    • CPO License (Certified Pool Operator) preferred
    • Relevant industry background
    • Reliable transportation to and from work
    • Strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability
    • Willingness to assist with other community projects
    • Basic hand tools ownership necessary
    • Power tools skills advantageous
    • Able to lift 40-50 lbs.
    • Customer-focused and friendly demeanor
