Job Description:
The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive training strategy that supports the effective use and adoption of IAO Client Products processes and systems.
This role will focus on creating a training strategy and plan, and helping enable the development of engaging training content, facilitating workshops, and ensuring that early adopters are well-prepared for testing and providing feedback on new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:1. Design and implement a strategic training plan that aligns with company goals and technological advancements.
2. Develop training materials and programs which may incorporate digital adoption tools, and other relevant technologies.
3. Collaborate with project teams, early adopters, and other stakeholders to understand the requirements.
4. Facilitate engaging training sessions for various audiences, including early adopters, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
6. Stay abreast of the latest trends in training and development, as well as new digital tools.
7. Support the creation of a feedback loop with early adopters to gather insights and improve future training initiatives.
8. Manage training logistics, including scheduling, participant communication, and resource allocation.
9. Develop metrics and KPIs to measure training effectiveness and report on progress
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on technology and digital tools.
3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training strategies.
4. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage a diverse audience.
5. Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training solutions.
6. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong understanding of supply chain is a plus.
10. Broader change management experience is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Education is preferred not required
