Description
Responsible for provider network strategy/design for all products and networks. Ensures Medica's provider networks meets federal, state and private adequacy measures by completing analysis, identifying gaps, researching and recommending solutions for provider network optimization. Partner with product and legal for regulatory review, submission of data filings and approvals. Ad hoc reporting duties for various business teams throughout organization.
This is a Senior level professional position. Accountable for more complex responsibilities with minimal supervision. Serves as a resource to others.
Qualifications:
The full salary range for this position is $60,000 - $102,800. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to compensation, Medica offers a generous total rewards package that includes competitive medical, dental, vision, PTO, Holidays, paid volunteer time off, 401K contributions, caregiver services and many other benefits to support our employees.
