Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Input data into computerized databases and Excel spreadsheets
  • Transcribe information from paper documents into digital files
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and entries
  • Ensure data integrity and security
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Experience:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to computerize data accurately and efficiently
  • Familiarity with databases and basic math skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in order entry or data entry roles is a plus

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
