Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Input data into computerized databases and Excel spreadsheets
- Transcribe information from paper documents into digital files
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain accurate records of orders and entries
- Ensure data integrity and security
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to computerize data accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with databases and basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior experience in order entry or data entry roles is a plus
Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
