    Position: Executive Assistant

    Location: Morrisville, NC

    Pay: $26/hr to $36/hr (depending on experience)

    Experience: 5-7+ years supporting a senior or executive role as an administrative or executive assistant required; experience working in a global corporate environment desired; experience working with security/badge access systems desired

    Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

    Type: Full-time; Contract

    Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

    Greene Resources is seeking an Executive Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team

    Job Description:

    • Greets employees, visitors, vendors and clients professionally
    • Manages calendars, travel and expenses for three to four executive leaders on the leadership team
    • Sort and occasionally distributing mail
    • Maintain office supplies and manage the stock room
    • Answers telephone calls, tactfully handles inquiries and refer to appropriate party
    • Coordinate and arrange for travel reservations and appointments
    • Prepare and review security reports, process background checks and maintain the active contractor and vendor lists and issues badges as required
    • Operate a variety of general office equipment such as copier, calculator, printer and personal computer
    • Coordinate inter-office and large company events/parties
    • Coordinate and schedule company tours with the Manufacturing and Process Development buildings and teams
    • Liaise with corporate and internal staff at all levels; partner harmoniously with many levels in the organization

    Position Requirements:

    • Proficient computer skills and software systems (Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
    • Strong organizational and planning skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Efficient information gathering and monitoring skills, utilizing problem-solving skills
    • Ability to make sound decisions and balance shifting priorities
    • Maintain confidentiality and exhibit discretion and professionalism in all activities
    • Can work independently and alongside a team; must be self-motivated
