Your tasks

Support and close collaboration with HR business partners
Participation in applicant management (preselection of applicants, organization and participation in job interviews, applicant communication)
Formulating and creating job advertisements
Creating contract documents and works council hearings
Involvement in employee support and personnel administration
Contact person for employees and managers on various HR topics
Independent handling of special tasks and projects

Your profile

Studies in the field of human resource management, business administration, business psychology with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
Very good MS Office skills and good knowledge of English required
You are a communication expert and enjoy working with people
Teamwork, sociability and an authentic appearance
Structured and independent way of working, high resilience and organizational skills
