At our main location in Cologne, we are currently seeking support in the field of technical system planning.


Responsibilities:

  • Participation in project realization, with a focus on plumbing, heating, cooling, and medical & technical gases
  • CAD design and technical system planning for plumbing, heating, cooling, and medical & technical gases
  • Creation of technical drawings using stateoftheart CAD systems in the field of technical building equipment and related trades
  • Design of building services systems, including associated supply and disposal networks, as a 3D model, as well as related database maintenance
  • Participation in the realization of stateoftheart projects (BIM), i.e. planning of supply systems in collaboration with planners and project managers
  • Conducting technical calculations (heat load, cooling load, pipe and duct network, components and parts, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training as a technical system planner, technical draftsman, or CAD designer
  • Reliability and accuracy
