Your tasks:

Setting up, adjusting, starting, monitoring, and stopping production equipment
Conducting and documenting quality tests
Visual inspection of raw materials and finished products
Timely identification and resolution of problems during the production process, as well as assistance with maintenance work
Optimization of production processes
Interface between production specialists, process engineers, and workshop employees

Your profile:

Completed technical or craft apprenticeship
At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the cable industry or surface coating equipment
Fluent in German, basic knowledge of English is an advantage
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Good technical understanding
Sense of responsibility and quality awareness
Independent and proactive work style
Reliability and teamwork
Flexibility
Willingness to work in shifts
