Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Interpretation:
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop predictive models to forecast healthcare outcomes and resource utilization.
- Interpret and present analytical findings to stakeholders, translating technical results into actionable recommendations.
Consulting and Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
- Provide strategic consulting to clients on leveraging data science to improve clinical and operational performance.
- Design and implement datadriven solutions to enhance patient care, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
Project Management:
- Lead data science projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams, including IT, clinical staff, and management, to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Technical Expertise:
- Utilize advanced statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools.
- Implement and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in data science and healthcare.
- Conduct training and workshops to upskill team members and clients in data science best practices.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and tools for healthcare data analysis.
Qualifications:

Education: Master's or Ph.
D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.

Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, with at least 2 years in the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of consulting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare analytics platforms.
- Understanding of population health management and valuebased care models.
Pay:
$85, $115,000.00 per year
