Customer Service Rep- Johnson Truck Center- Landover, MDJohnson Truck Center, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for a Customer Service Rep at our location in Landover, Maryland.

This individual will be organized with the ability to multi-task and possess good customer and communication skills.

This is a in office position, based out of our Landover Maryland office.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to support the service team
  • Support the PM/Repair process including opening repair orders, coordinating with the shop & parts department, communicating repair cost & estimates to customers, and repair order billing
  • Promptly address and resolve customer concerns and service followup issues
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Open & file warranty
  • Maintain open communication with technicians, management team and customers regarding job status
