DSCC Coordinated Paid Programs Director
The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) is hiring a Coordinated Paid Programs Director for the 2024 cycle.

The Coordinated Paid Programs Director is responsible for overseeing the paid direct voter contact work the DSCC implements, including managing the RFP process, providing vendor expectations, and holding vendors accountable to goals and ramps.

The Coordinated Paid Programs Director will report to the National Coordinated Campaigns Director and will work closely with the Data and Analytics and Operations departments on both paid programming and assisting with the DSCC's organizing and states' support work.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and oversee the paid canvass vendor selection process, including the creation of an RFP, holding vendor interviews, and assisting with final selection of vendors
  • Oversee the management of paid phone vendors, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders on scripting, data intake, and completion of paid phone projects
  • Work with the National Coordinated Campaigns Director to set clear goals and benchmarks for paid vendors
  • With the support of the DSCC Data and Analytics team, create and implement accountability structures to ensure paid vendors are successful at hitting hiring and output ramps
  • Assist the National Coordinated Campaigns Director with assessing the need for additional paid phone programming
  • Assist with creation of programming memos, deliverables, and structures for state teams, and organize and track key program deadlines, deliverables, and support materials
  • Coordinate logistics and planning of coordinated departments meetings and events
  • Contribute to the organization's strategic planning as a key member of the coordinated team

Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of relevant work experience, with a preference for those who have worked with or in paid field programs
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Strong ability to communicate in writing for a variety of audiences, including external and seniorlevel staff
  • Ability to build clear and effective communication and accountability structures
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a part of a team and maintain constant communication with your teammates
