    Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    Conducting comprehensive research to innovate and refine manufacturing processes.
    Designing and strategizing the layout of equipment to optimize efficiency and performance.
    Performing tests and closely monitoring process performance throughout production cycles.
    Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise during manufacturing processes.
    Assessing equipment and processes to ensure compliance with stringent safety and environmental regulations.

    Leading and managing projects while maintaining open lines of communication with cross-functional teams to drive projects from conceptualization through commercialization.

    Providing meticulous documentation to guarantee the consistent manufacture of new products, including batch records, production instructions, and validation and stability protocols.


    QUALIFICATIONS:


    Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, complemented by a minimum of 6 years of combined experience in project/process engineering, product/process development, and regulatory compliance within the polymers, minerals, chemical, and/or food science industries.

    Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Process Safety Management (PSM), MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Word.
    Ability to work in the USA without sponsorship, now or in the future.
