HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR AND HELP US SHAPE:

Establishing the "In Betrieb" project (individual offers within the framework of 1:1 support)
Assistance and pedagogical work, including as a designated employee; including nursing tasks
Organizing daytoday operations in the facility/service
Responsibility for assessing support and care needs, as well as implementing and documenting goals and measures
Responsibility for cooperative collaboration with clients, employee teams, and family members
Compliance with quality standards
Designing activities for seniors (e.g. gymnastics, artistic offers, participation in senior activities in the neighborhood)
