'ACORE is a globally operating development boutique with a focus on the development and revitalization of commercial and residential properties.

Responsibilities

As part of our acquisition team for commercial and residential properties in Berlin, you will accompany project developments in all phases.

Together with our team, you will take on a variety of tasks in a junior position:

Land acquisition and all necessary due diligence checks, including location and land valuations
Conducting economic due diligence for properties and portfolios
Developing viable real estate solution concepts (opportunities, risks, costs, time) that are also reviewed by tax and legal advisors
Accompanying company analyses
Evaluating properties according to national and international standards
Real estate valuations, planning and implementation of maintenance, repairs, modernization and revitalization projects
Object result planning

Qualifications

Completed university degree (e.g. business administration/engineering) and first relevant professional experience in the abovementioned areas or comparable
Ideally, first experience in customer consulting/sales
Business and real estate market knowledge / staying uptodate with market developments
Good knowledge and experience in dealing with real estate figures
Very good German language skills (written and spoken) / Good English language skills (written and spoken) are desirable
Customeroriented demeanor
Analytical thinking, structured work approach, affinity for numbers and understanding of complex relationships
Willingness to take on responsibility, ability to work in a team
