To support our team at the head office in Augsburg, we are currently looking for a full-time HR administrator (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating work schedules in collaboration with branch managers while adhering to labor laws
- Recording absences in our system (sickness/vacation/etc.)
- Managing vacation planning
- Providing support to employees regarding labor law questions
- Creating and managing job postings
- Conducting job interviews and employee meetings
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with legal and labor regulations
- Preparing employment contracts, addendums, and other relevant documents
- Assisting with payroll preparation
Your profile:
- Previous experience in HR administration
- Knowledge of labor law is essential
- Detailoriented, independent, and reliable work ethic
- Enjoy working in a team, strong team player, and sense of responsibility
- Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Microsoft Business Central is a plus
