What You Will Do

Generation and distribution of reporting to various groups and management levels (i.e. cuts, service levels, stock equation, etc.)
Creation of new planning tools and reports
Maintenance, continuous improvement, and troubleshooting of reporting, tools, and related data sources (Excel, PowerBI, Power Query, Google Cloud Platform, SAP ECC & APO, data warehouses, manufacturing planning system, etc.)
Cross-functional collaboration with other divisions and project teams to align on reporting and tools
Assistance in inventory budgets and trends
Projects and additional ad hoc activities

What We Are Looking For

BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management or related field required

Experience:
At least 2 years in reporting and analytics required
2+ years in Supply Planning, or supporting Planning functions preferred
1+ years using SAP (APO & ECC) and data warehouses preferred

Technical prowess:
Strong Excel knowledge – custom macros and functions
Ability to build automated reports in Excel, Power BI, and/or other data visualization tools
Familiarity with programming languages (VBA, SQL, R, etc.)
Ability to learn new programs and concepts quickly and independently
Knowledge of supply chain KPI's
Able to work and connect cross-functionally with other departments, including Demand & Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and project teams
Excellent written and oral communication skills, comfortable communicating with all levels within organization
Takes initiative and is independent, can take a request and run with it.
