Position Overview

The primary function of this position will be to extract, transform, and analyze data to empower finance leaders to make data-driven decisions.

The Data Analyst provides insights, reports, and visualizations to communicate to business leaders effectively. Identifying more efficient ways to collect and analyze data so work can be scaled throughout the organization.

Position Requirements & Major Responsibilities

Responsible for our finance/accounting data analysis structure, pulling Netsuite data into data feeds, visualizing in PowerBI with reporting, and supporting budgeting/forecasting templates.

Learn the programming and logic used to create the key reports produced by the Analytics department and edit and improve the reports as needed.

Use various software, such as Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx, and programming languages to extract, manipulate, and format data and files.
Evaluate the key take-aways and convey the findings to management clearly and concisely.
Communicate insights effectively

Requirements


Skills Required:
Minimum of 4 years as an Analyst or related experience
Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or related field
Experience in PowerBI, Alteryx, and/or other visualization tools
Proficient in SQL (Structured Query Language)
Familiarity with R, Python is a plus
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
Experience with Google Analytics and/or other web analytics platforms is a plus
Solid general financial statement understanding of P&L.
NetSuite experience is a plus
