The
Administrative Assistant/Document Coordinator assists with general administrative needs of the accounting department and is responsible for accurate and timely document scanning and file storage along.
Requirements:
- Computer proficiency with the ability to use Outlook, Word, Adobe and efficient accurate typing skills
- Able to utilize a commercial copyscanner
- Ability to bend, lift, sit and stand while moving files and document boxes (approx. 20lbs)
- Handle sensitive and confidential materials with the upmost integrity and care
