    Job Description

    We are looking for a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our Media Radio team. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and selling radio advertising solutions to meet sales targets. The successful candidate will be an ambitious professional with a talent for sales and a passion for the media industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
    • Pitch radio advertising solutions to businesses and agencies.
    • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining sales quota.
    • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and provide high-quality customer service.
    • Work closely with other internal teams, such as marketing and production, to create campaigns that meet client needs.
    • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
    • Report on sales activities and create sales reports for management.
    • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven sales experience, preferably in the media, advertising, or broadcasting industry.
    • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to create and deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
    • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • A passion for the media and radio industry.
