Job Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Creation of instructions to process the records to create a report that brings the records current such as:
Updating dividends
Updating records for a reorg, stock split or other security transactions
Updating the records to determine what property is eligible to be reported to each state on the record
Reviewing the records for any anomaly and raise this to their manager and the client service representation assigned to the client whose records are being processed

Education and Experience:

Under-graduate degree or 5 years work experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Customer Service skills required
Unclaimed property knowledge is preferred

Work Environment:

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as the employee works in an office setting, at an individual work station, using telephone and computer

Physical Demands:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the day
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a printer/copy machine
This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office
The person in this position frequently communicates via telephone
