Coati Commercial Cleaning, a leading provider of commercial cleaning services in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by initiating contact with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored-fit proposals to meet their requirements.

This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for a motivated individual who can excel in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:

• Qualify prospects within the assigned sales territory and develop a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals.
• Conduct facetoface meetings with potential and current clients to discuss their cleaning requirements and provide product and service demonstrations.
• Deliver outstanding consultative sales experiences to move prospects through the sales process efficiently.
• Negotiate sales contracts with potential and existing customers to secure new business and maintain strong relationships.
• Keep sales and client databases updated with current information.
• Stay informed about the latest industry developments by actively participating in team meetings and training workshops.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of outside sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in using CRM software and computer literate.
• Strong negotiation, planning, and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and problemsolving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
• Detailoriented with good time management skills to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

$65, $350,000.00 per year
