Commercial Clerk / Customer Service Admin (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Job Description - Versatile and independent - Your tasks

Central point of contact for customers, colleagues, and headquarters
Ongoing maintenance of order data by recording new contracts, extensions, jobs, cancellations, reductions, and price adjustments
Customer data management
Processing of incoming and outgoing invoices, cancellations, and credit notes
Timely and accurate reporting
Preparation of sales commission settlements
Handling internal and external correspondence
Fleet management (liaison with Fleet Management, e.g. accident reports, fuel card requests, etc.)
