- Provide expert business advice and guidance on applying acquisition policies, processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide support for the development of templates, checklists, and reporting and tracking department initiatives.
- Lead and provide acquisition management and support services for all related acquisition documents included in the acquisition and award packages.
- Implementing project management principles and managing, tracking, and coordinating a wide range of actions, documents, and tasks through completion.
- Development of acquisition documentation; data collection and analysis; invoice review/analysis; deliverable management; and development of status reports, and briefings.
- Previous experience implementing project management principles and managing, tracking, and coordinating a wide range of actions, documents, and tasks through completion.
- Strong technical writing skills and documentation of complex technical concepts.
- Previous experience with IT contracting and TO management
- Active Top-Secret (TS)/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance with CI Poly is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Ten years of experience in contracts management
- Five years of experience in Federal and/or DOD acquisitions.
- Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) and/or Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) certification.
- Experience using official program documentation for managing acquisition programs in line with federal regulatory and legislative guidance.
- Experience working in a complex cyberspace operation and /or multi-stakeholder environment.
- Experience in technical writing and documentation of complex technical concepts, IT contracting, and TO management.
