Under the general direction of the AP Manager, The Travel & Expense Coordinator is responsible for all travel related expense processing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Administer and monitor P-Card card program
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for employees/contractors related to T&E
- Manage key relationships with bank to ensure continuous functioning of T&E processes
- Perform periodclose activities related to T&E including (but not limited to) account reconciliations, rebate processing, and audit support

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of relevant accounts payable experience / travel expense experience

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- The noise level in the work environment is generally quiet.
- Sedentary physical activity requiring reaching, sifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking and hearing.
- Visual requirement is for close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
- 75% or more time is spent looking directly at a computer.
