Shallowater 'Die Schwarz Unternehmenskommunikation is composed of the areas of communication, public affairs, brand management, and corporate responsibility. The sub-area of corporate responsibility (CR) creates the conditions for a shared understanding of sustainability within the companies of the Schwarz Group. In the four focus areas of people, product quality, circular and ecosystem, the department develops ambitious sustainability goals and supports the companies of the Schwarz Group in their implementation.

Your tasks

Through communication and an annual voluntary reporting on sustainability topics, our department creates awareness and transparency for the CR engagement of the companies of the Schwarz Group and thus promotes their reputation.

You coordinate and develop the content of the joint voluntary sustainability reporting of the companies of the Schwarz Group in cross-functional cooperation with the divisions
You work at the interface of voluntary and mandatory reporting and support its content and structural development
You accompany and coordinate external consultants and service providers and are responsible for conducting specific external audits
You keep an overview of the voluntary sustainability reporting of the divisions and national companies and coordinate agreements and guidelines
You conduct research, competition, and market analysis in the field of sustainability communication
You are responsible for the conception and design of communication materials and also prepare coordination appointments with internal and external experts up to top management
