    Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - California

    We are currently seeking a full-time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team in California. The SLP will provide teletherapy services to students in kindergarten through twelfth grade, delivering evaluations, therapy sessions, and support services virtually.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech and language abilities.
    • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) based on evaluation findings and student needs.
    • Provide direct therapy services to students through teletherapy platforms.
    • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement therapy goals and strategies remotely.
    • Manage a caseload of 55-60 students, scheduling therapy sessions and maintaining accurate documentation of services provided.
    • Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and other virtual meetings as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • California state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
    • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
    • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a virtual or teletherapy setting.
    • Strong technology skills and familiarity with teletherapy platforms.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and families.
    • Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to students.
