    Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

    Location: Modesto, California

    Job Description: Soliant is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Modesto, CAand surrounding areas for the remainder of the school year. As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students by helping them overcome speech and language disorders, improving their communication skills, and enhancing their overall educational experience.     Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
    • Develop individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals
    • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs within the school environment
    • Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reports
    • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' Individualized Education Programs

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
    • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in California
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
    • Experience working with school-aged children is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
    • Passion for helping children overcome communication challenges
