Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team for the summer. This is an ideal position for anyone looking for a summer job including high school and college students.


Duties:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
• Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
• Recommend additional items or accessories to enhance the customer's purchase
• Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register or pointofsale (POS) system
• Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies, and procedures
• Diagnose basic repair needs such as flat tires, brake adjustments, tune ups, etc
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of bicycle maintenance
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Familiarity with operating a cash register or POS system is beneficial
