Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Confidently Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
- Support in the Design a daily and weekly schedule
- Always Provide basic care and caregiving activities
- Support the Lead teacher Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
- Effectively and Professionally Communicate with parents and update them on their children's activities
- DO all of the above with LOVE
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a daycare Assistant teacher or as a babysitter/nanny
- Strong understanding of child development or interest in learning
- Patient, kind, and nurturing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- First aid/CPR certified; or willingness to become certified
