Job Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Software Engineer to join our team at our European Headquarter in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Position:
- Provide technical support and training to our partners, with a focus on software-related issues and our software solutions portfolio
- Communicate with engineers at our parent company regarding technical issues and software/OS problems
- Design new software solutions to enhance our product portfolio
- Create high-level design documents for solution development
- Develop prototypes, demos, and proof of concept applications for our solutions and support cases
- Create technical and user documentation for newly developed software solutions
